The Mission Behind Our Organization

Centro for Hispanic and Immigrant Community Opportunities (CHICO) is a community-based advocacy organization that connects Hispanic and Immigrant families to resources, cultural opportunities and youth development by collaborating with agencies, organizing events, and serving the specific needs of the Macon County community.

CHICO envisions a community in which Hispanic and immigrant Families have opportunities to celebrate cultural traditions, develop economic resources, and grow communities.
